Yes. We prepare the drawings, arrange structural calculations and Title 24 energy compliance where they are required, file the application with your city, and schedule the inspections. Your project ends up fully documented, which protects your home's value at resale.
Your written estimate includes a real schedule with a start date and a finish date. We order materials and book the long-lead items before demolition so the job does not stall halfway, and you get progress updates as we go.
Almost always. We contain dust room by room, protect floors and furniture, keep one clear working path through the space, and clean up at the end of every day. For whole-home remodels we will tell you honestly which weeks are difficult to live through.
Yes. We are a licensed and insured general contractor, and we provide our license and insurance certificates along with your written estimate so you have them on file before any work begins.
