Mountain View

Old Mountain View is full of small pre-war cottages on good lots, and the most common project we take there is opening the back of the house up: removing a wall or two, adding real kitchen space, and getting light into rooms that were built for a much smaller way of living.

Waverly Park and the surrounding ranch neighborhoods bring different work. Those houses are sound but dated, so we are usually replacing kitchens, baths and floors, upgrading panels, and correcting duct work that was never balanced.

Everything gets permitted, inspected and documented, which matters as much for your home's value as it does for the work itself.
