Carrillo Construction & Remodeling LLC is a full-service general contractor working across San Jose, the South Bay, the Peninsula and the Tri-Valley. Owner Jorge Carrillo runs the company the way he would want his own house handled: the plan in writing, the schedule published, and one person who actually answers the phone.
The range of what we do is deliberate. Whole-home remodels, additions, kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, painting, roofing, concrete, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, landscaping and hardscaping — because on any real project those trades depend on each other, and coordinating them is the actual work. When one company owns the sequence, inspections land on time and nobody loses a week waiting on a sub who never showed up.
We put the scope in writing before demolition, price changes before they happen instead of after, contain dust and clean up daily because you are living in the house while we work on it, and send the final invoice only after you have walked every room and signed off. It is not a complicated philosophy. It is just uncommon enough to be worth stating plainly.
