Gilroy

Gilroy sits at the southern edge of our coverage, and it gets the same crews, the same schedule discipline and the same walkthrough standard as a project ten minutes from our shop.

Hot, dry summers here are hard on roofs and exterior paint, so a lot of our Gilroy work is replacement rather than remodeling: tear off to the deck, repair the sheathing, rebuild the flashing, and put on a roof that will hold up to another couple of decades of sun.

Inside, the work is the usual list, kitchens, bathrooms and floors, and it runs on the same written scope and fixed schedule as everything else we build.
