Los Gatos asks more of a contractor than most towns. Older properties near Almond Grove come with trim profiles, window proportions and rooflines that new work has to match, and hillside lots come with access, drainage and foundation questions before anything is even designed.

We plan additions here around the existing structure rather than around a stock plan, so a new wing reads as part of the house. Where the town's review process applies, we prepare the documentation and take it through.

Every job carries a written scope, a published schedule and a final walkthrough where we clear the punch list before asking for the last payment.
