Saratoga projects are usually large, and the difference between a good result and an expensive disappointment is almost always in the planning: how the addition ties into the existing roof, whether the mechanical systems can carry the new square footage, and how long the permit path really takes.

We work those questions out before the estimate rather than after demolition, which is why our Saratoga schedules tend to hold. Hillside lots get their drainage and foundation approach settled at the same stage.

The finish work gets the attention it needs too. Edges, transitions, trim returns and cabinetry reveals are where a house either looks custom or looks close enough, and we do not settle for close enough.
